Programme

Shay is already an accomplished Muay Thai boxer.

He works with me two times a week. We work on traditional boxing-specific technique. Shay’s ability to adjust from the squarer Thai stance is testament to his versatility and natural talent.

    • A tailored programme of pad drills to compliment Shay’s physical attributes and skills

    • Heavy bag work for muscular endurance, power and punch technique

    • Floor-to-ceiling ball and speed bag work to develop punch accuracy and timing
